About accessing Client Area and downloading images:

Picatage is an online service which hosts my online archive and assists in the fulfillment of client orders.

Simply put, it is for security reasons and accessibility. Every account will have access to it’s designated galleries and public galleries only. Due to the size of image files it is very inconvenient to send them by email. Now you will have access to them, online, for a broad period of time (6 months – if more time is required, please contact me). It is a paid service (for the photographer) and free for the invitee.

You can find a list of current client galleries at Client Access page. Click on your Session name and it will take you to a login form. If you still cannot access your gallery, please let me know by Contacting me.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to support this right now. If you would like all of the images from your shoot, please contact me for more information. Not all shoots have this option.

Fill out the form above and submit it to us. Optionally, you can give us a call at 260-226-3747

You must provide us with at least 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot. If you arrive late for your shoot or cancel withing 48 hours of your appointment, you will be asked to forfeit your shoot and will not be given a refund.

Absolutely! We price everything separately because each client has different needs. Call us for more information on ordering additional prints, calendars, or books of your images!
